同志社大学生命医科学部医情報学科の福島さん、廣安先生と開発してきたベイズ推定を用いて、時系列データから治療効果を予測する手法を開発しました。BMC Bioinformaticsに掲載されました。
We published a research article at BMC Bioinformatics. A new method was developed to predict a therapy response using time-course gene expression data with MS. Fukushima and Dr. Hiroyasu at Doshisya University.
