研究紹介 A03／Introduction Research of A03
本研究は、臓器間の相互作用を生体外で観測し、その仕組みを明らかにすることを目的としています。A02班で開発される臓器のチップ（集積回路）を改良し、異なるチップを自由に組み合わせて複数臓器の間のネットワークを再構築できる汎用性の高い複数臓器チップを開発します。様々な臓器チップを開発することで最終的には全身を再現することを目標としております。まずは、摂取から吸収までの流れが既に分かっている化合物を中心に、薬物の飲み合わせなど臨床で報告されている臓器間の相互作用を再現するシステムの構築を行います。ここで得られる観測データは、A01班の数理モデルに組み入れ、コンピュータシミュレーションで再現します。実験とシミュレーションを繰り返すことで、臓器間の相互作用の解明を試みます。
This team aims to understand the molecular interactions among multiple organs. The chips developed by the A02 team will be improved and generalized to connect various chips. Firstly known pharmacological mechanism will be reproduced on this system. The observed data will be used for the mathematical model developed by the A01 team. We’d like to understand the molecular level interactions among multiple organs by these iterative experiments and computational simulations.
